City of Delta invites bids for the construction of Ladner Wharf Site Improvements, “the Work”, as described in the specifications and drawings provided as appendices to the Invitation to Tender.The Work generally consists of:i. Supply and installation of wood decking on the Ladner Wharf at 4857 Chisholm Street;ii. Supply and installation metal and wood railing along the Ladner Wharf and adjacent City owned properties at 4841, 4845, 4849, and 4865 Chisholm Street;iii. Repaving sections of City owned property adjacent to the Ladner Chisholm Street Wharf; and,iv. Supply and installation of conduits and junction boxes on the Wharf and adjacent property at 4865 Chisholm Street.Addenda:It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to ensure it has obtained, prior to the closing, any addenda issued by the City of Delta (the “City”). Addenda will be posted on BC Bid.Submission of Questions:Any questions are to be submitted in writing, by email, to the contact person below. Questions should be submitted by July 4, 2024. The City will endeavour to respond to all questions received before this date.
