Laboratory Temperature monitoring system - Moncton NB & Winnipeg MB
The Aquatic Animal Health Laboratories (AAHL) of the Gulf Fisheries Centre (GFC) in Moncton and the Freshwater Institute (FWI) in Winnipeg must replace their current temperature monitoring system which is nearing the end of its useful life. The system currently in use monitors the temperature in various rooms and various units (incubators, refrigerators, freezers, ultracold freezers) alarming staff when a particular unit or room is out of specification. These units are distributed across two floors at both locations.
The location of work will be in Moncton, New Brunswick and Winnipeg, Manitoba.
BASIS OF EVALUATION/SELECTION: Basis of Selection is Highest Combined Rating of Technical Merit and Price. Suppliers must be compliant with Technical Criteria as identified in Annex "C".
In the event that the lowest compliant bid exceeds the amount of funding allocated for the Work, Canada in its sole discretion may cancel the solicitation or obtain additional funding and award the Contract to the Bidder submitting the lowest compliant bid.
