Description

The Republic of Costa Rica, through the Ministry of Public Works and Transport (MOPT), is inviting eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for laboratory services to verify the quality of construction works on National Route No. 35, the new highway to San Carlos.

This contract is part of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) financed Road Infrastructure and Urban Mobility: Resilient Connectivity Program.

The procurement will follow International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures under IDB guidelines. The evaluation will apply the Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) and Negotiation method. No preference will be given to domestic contractors.

Bidders must meet eligibility, financial, and technical qualification requirements as outlined in Section III of the Request for Proposals (RFO).
