Canada - Laboratory services for drinking water analysis 2024-2026

Description

The Ville de Saint-Sauveur invites public tenders for the services of a laboratory accredited by the MELCC to perform drinking water analyses for the Ville de Saint-Sauveur's aqueduct systems for the years 2024 to 2026 inclusively.
The Contract will take effect on February 20, 2024 and will terminate on December 31, 2026. The years 2025 and 2026 are optional, and are renewable annually, subject to a resolution of the municipal council.
Bids, in sealed envelopes, will be received until 10:00 a.m. on February 1, 2024, at the Town Clerk's Office, Town Hall, 1 Place de la Mairie, Saint-Sauveur, and will be publicly opened at 10:01 a.m. upon closing of bids.
Tenders must be submitted in two (2) copies, as well as on a USB key, and must be accompanied by the following documents:
 A bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, valid for a period of ninety (90) days;
Persons and companies interested in this contract may obtain the bid documents from the Système électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO), starting January 10, 2024. For the purposes of consultation on the SEAO, the documents will be listed under the category: "S2 Études spéciales et analyses" and may be searched using the following keywords: "analyse de l'eau potable, contrôle de la qualité de l'eau potable, échantillonnage eau potable, analyse eau potable".
