Description

The set of reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables is included in Appendix 1 - assortment and price form. The list of required technical parameters of the analyzer and reagents is included in Appendix 1a - description of the subject of the order. The list of evaluated parameters of the analyzer and reagents is included in Appendix 1b - evaluated parameters.
The subject of the contract includes: a) lease of a fully automatic analyzer to perform immunochemical tests with equipment for 24 months; b) gradual supply of reagents, calibrators, control materials, consumables for the analyzer offered by the Contractor for 24 months; c) purchase of participation in the Randox external laboratory control program: RQ 9130;and EQA Labquality (1 x per year): 5420Toxo IgM/IgG; 5650CMV IgM/IgG; 5091HIV; 5095HBV/HCV; 5880 syphilis serology, 5677 SARSCoV-2 IgM/IgG; d) connection of the analyzer to the Laboratory Information System of the Hospital System (ProfLab-LIS/Clinninet-HIS); e) provision of a starter package to run the analyzer, containing reagents and all other materials needed to initiate the assay of at least several analytes for training: TSH, FT3, FT4, insulin and training of the staff indicated by the Purchaser in the correct operation of the leased analyzer; f) maintenance services during the period of the lease of the equipment under the terms of the ToR.
