Description

The subject of the order is successive supply of specialized reagents for scientific research conducted at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. Detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party has not allowed partial bids in this procedure due to the same type of subject matter of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one bid.
The subject matter of the order is successive supply of specialized reagents for scientific research conducted at the Institute of Animal Reproduction and Food Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences in Olsztyn. Detailed description of the subject matter of the order is contained in the offer form - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party has not allowed partial bids in this procedure due to the same type of subject matter of the contract. Each Contractor may submit one bid.2. The Contractor shall provide products with attached data sheets and/or quality specifications containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming the compliance of the supplied products with the SWZ.3. The term of the provided warranty for the products shall not be shorter than 75% of the term normally offered by the manufacturer, counting from the date of its delivery, according to the term offered by the Contractor in the bid. The warranty term is one of the criteria for evaluation of bids. The procedure for checking and confirming the compliance of the delivered order and the method of reporting complaints in accordance with the provisions of Appendix No. 3 - draft provisions of the contract.4. The contract with the Contractor will be concluded for a period of 18 months. The date of partial delivery will be in accordance with the date offered by the Contractor in its bid: up to a maximum of 28 days from the date of placing the order by the Purchaser. The delivery date is one of the criteria for evaluation of bids.5. SUBJECT EVIDENCE:A. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit with the bid the data sheets of the offered products and/or quality specifications containing basic data and physical and chemical requirements confirming that the offered products meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority indicated in the description of the subject of the contractB. . Material Safety Data Sheets shall be submitted by the Contractor with the bid. Documents shall be submitted by the contractor in the original or a copy certified to be true to the original in electronic form bearing a qualified electronic signature. If the original document referred to above was not prepared in the form of an electronic document, the contractor may prepare and transmit an electronic copy of the document in its possession. If the contractor transmits an electronic copy of the document, stamping it with a qualified electronic signature is equivalent to certifying the electronic copy of the document as a true copy of the original. Documents prepared in a foreign language must be submitted with a translation into Polish.C. If the Contractor fails to submit the above-mentioned means of proof or if they are incomplete, the Contracting Authority shall, pursuant to Article 107(2) of the PPL Act, call upon the Contractor within the prescribed period to submit or supplement them.
