Reagent deliveries with lease of the analyzer for immunohematological testsThe set of reagents and consumables is included in Appendix 1 - assortment and price form. The list of required technical parameters of the analyzer and reagents is included in Appendix 1a - description of the subject of the order. The list of evaluated parameters of the analyzer and reagents is included in Appendix 1b - evaluated parameters.
Supply of reagents together with lease of the analyzer for immunohematological testsThe subject of the order includes:a) lease of one fully automatic analyzer for immunotransfusionology tests and manual back up analyzer together with equipment and computer equipment and code printer during 24 months; b) successive supplies of reagents and consumables during 24 months; c) purchase of a licence or sub-licence to use the external quality control program conducted by the Institute of Haematology and Transfusionology in Warsaw for the duration of the contract (8 tests); d) connection of the analyzer to the laboratory IT system cooperating with the hospital system, (informational: At the moment, the Orderer uses the ProfLab-LIS/Clinninet-HIS system); e) providing initial instruction and training of the staff indicated by the Orderer in the correct operation of the leased analyzer and manual backup; f) maintenance services during the lease of the subject of the contract on the terms specified in the ToR.
