Description
Control conversion from B&R Verbund (2003&2005) to a current Siemens or Beckhoff system:- Inventory: Wet chemical cleaning and etching system for wafers in microelectronics production with distributed control structure and servo control (location: clean room class 1 according to US FED STD 209E or US FED STD 209E). ISO3 according to ISO 14644-1) Control: B&R IPC, several B&R 2003 systems (control of the individual modules), a 2005 system (main controller/axes) and an X20 controller (retrofitted drying module) in a network, which control and network the system -> currently 439 inputs, 465 outputs + analog signals/connected systems, - are to be replaced with:Siemens Simatic S7 or Beckhoff system/network with the same scope of functions and new IPC with Windows operating system (Windows 7 or higher) including network connection,- the exact configuration of the Siemens systems and the IPC is proposed by the contractor and confirmed by the client upon approval. The components can only be used with approval,- the existing system software including the user interface must be reconfigured/reconstructed by the contractor to the new control system or rewritten as necessary and must contain the same functional scope as the software before the conversion (special change requests can be implemented in partial steps by the client if necessary),- the graphical user interface and its scope must be agreed with the client in advance. In particular, the completeness of the functions compared to the predecessor model must be verified,- the graphical user interface and system functions must be protected by various adjustable password levels and access rights according to customer requirements,- for configuration of the control and software, please refer to the system description at the end of the document. This description serves as a guide value for the design and deviations from the described functions are only permissible with the consent of the customer,- the control system must be designed in such a way that all components remaining in the system can be controlled again in the desired function,- existing control cabinets are adapted or replaced by new ones (depending on the time required and the possibility) and must be provided with air cooling,- The manufacturer's instructions on minimum distances between components in the control cabinet must be observed,- existing ozone system and concentration measurement of chemicals must be removed and not implemented in software/control system Renewal of the Parker Hauser controller and servomotor system including power supply for 2 drive axes: 2 x Parker Compax CPX P100M/F8 controllers, 2 x HDY115 servo motor, 1x NMD10 power supply, - to be replaced with current drive components, - software must be adapted to the new controllers, - the motors must be adapted to the existing fixtures and couplings, - the control system must be tested by the contractor and adjusted for the process flow, - the speeds and torque design must be based on the old configuration, - internal controller software must be handed over to the customer.
