Description

Minimum required parameters of the laboratory chemically resistant high-pressure syringe infusion pump: - maximum linear working load on the syringe piston up to 91 kg (200 lbs) not less than 80 kg,- flow of liquid regulated by a minimum of no more than 0.0001 ml/min. and a maximum of 220 ml/min,- Mounting bracket for syringes with a minimum capacity of not more than 5 ml, maximum not less than 50 ml, - Pump settings on the panel placed on the pump, - instruction in Polish, - Free training: - After starting the system, the Contractor must train selected persons (at least 2 persons) in how to operate the system.Warranty:- warranty on the high-pressure syringe pump at least 12 months. Service response time:- service response time to the call of the Customer no later than 5 working days, i.e. the Contractor is obliged to inspect and determine the type of defect within 5 working days after notification by fax or e-mail of the defect (failure). The possibility of shortening the processing path in the range of screw length, with the possibility of reconfiguration of screw construction, - a removable heated head forming plastic into a rod with a diameter of 1 mm, - the range of processing work of the device in the capacity from 0.5 kg to 20 kg and more per hour,- at least 4 electric heated zones / thermostabilised,- active powder dispenser, digitally controlled,- active liquid dispenser with dosing element (pressure pump), digitally controlled,- volumetric active dispenser for pellets with a diameter not exceeding 4 mm, digitally controlled.Periodic mixer (crusher): compatible and supplied by the control and drive unit (point 1), - possibility to work in the temperature range from 20oC to 400oC, - min. 3 heating zones, - contains at least 2 mixing and kneading elements, - possibility of exchanging mixing and kneading elements (adjustment to the type of mixed material), - set of mixing and kneading elements adapted to polyester materials, - chamber volume not greater than 60 cm3, - material and method of making elements of the device in contact with plastic: - stainless steel M390 with multilayer CrCN coating or other coating, characterized by comparable or higher resistance to abrasion and comparable or higher resistance to corrosion. The coating must be approved for the processing of medical materials. Coating performance and steel quality guaranteed by the manufacturer.Other requirements in the order document. - open design based on standard optical buses,- measuring range of at least 15 to 150 degrees,- rotating plate of at least 200 mm diameter,- manual or automatic angle selection with a maximum step of 0,01 o,- motor drive with USB interface,- measuring range from room temperature to at least 85oC,- filtration system for fluid surrounding the measuring cuvette,- external thermostat system of at least room temperature to at least 85oC,- laser semiconductor light source with wavelength close to 630 nm and output power from 35 mW,- selectable output aperture from 0.1 mm to 3 mm for measurements of static and dynamic light scattering,- narrowband light filters with maximum transmittance in the range of 480 nm to 640 nm,- Pt resistance thermometer placed near the measuring cell,- digital correlator for measurements of autocorrelation and crocorrelation with 522 hardware channels. Delay time from 25 ns to 1 310 s. Sampling time from 25 ns to 40 ms with programmable delay. Correlator equipped with USB interface,- additional 522 channels for high resolution, USB interface,- high-performance photodetector with avalanche photodiode,- complete software for instrument control, stepper motor interface and correlator,- software for the analysis of measurements of static light scattering with results according to Zimm, Debye, Guiner, Kratky, fractal, I in function q, Rg,- software for the development of the results of light scattering measurements including calculation of contin method, cumulants, NNLS or equivalent,- Goniometer calibration software,- Set of standard samples for validation of particle size measurements,- Adapter for round cell with an outer diameter of 12 mm,- Workstation,- Processor with the performance that provides the least amount of performance for the software, operating system capable of using the device, 8 GB RAM, hard disks with a minimum capacity of 1 TB, including a minimum of 256 GB SSD, display with a minimum diagonal size of 24",- Optical table of a size suitable for the measuring instrument.Warranty: guarantee on goniometer for static and dynamic light scattering measurements at least 12 months. Service response time: - service response time to the call of the customer over 48 hours, not later than 4 working days.In the event of a fault or failure, the Customer expects from the Contractor an immediate response from the service centre understood as: - remote acceptance of the fault report, - commencement of the fault rectification order, - remote preliminary diagnosis of the cause of the fault by the service centre, - response to the reporter containing further questions about the fault or suggesting possible corrective actions. The Contractor giving the response time of the service should give the amount of time needed to perform all the above activities, counting from the moment of receiving information about the defect to sending a response to the reporter. The response time of the service given by the Contractor shall be included in the contract for the performance of the subject of the contract as an obligation for the Contractor.
