Description

The subject of the order is, design and delivery together with assembly, installation and start-up of the hospital's pneumatic mail system together with adaptation of necessary rooms. In particular, the delivery of the pneumatic mail system includes:1. execution of the installation design together with a set of industry agreements;2. execution of as-built documentation;3. 4. delivery and assembly of necessary materials, devices and elements of the pneumatic mail system;5. delivery to the UCML Central Clinical Laboratory and UCML Microbiology Laboratory - DSK location of dedicated laboratory tables enabling installation of the station and free reception of biological material;6. 7. installation of PPOŻ system elements - smoke detectors in the engine room and integration with fire safety systems installed in buildings;8. sealing and processing of openings in classless partitions;9. possible disassembly and installation of suspended ceilings;10. execution of all installations necessary for the operation of the air mail system, including: fire safety installations in the air mail machine rooms, electrical installation (lighting, equipment power supply), ventilation and air-conditioning systems freon in the air mail machine rooms if they are necessary for: proper operation of the air mail equipment, comfort of operation, as well as to ensure temperatures not affecting the transmitted biological material. It is required that the temperature in the air mail engine room does not exceed 25°C, regardless of the season of the year;11. start-up of the system;12. delivery of required accessories, including transport containers, hangers;13. training of technical personnel in the scope of operation and service and maintenance activities required by the Contractor from the user;14. training of medical personnel in the scope of operation of transmitting and receiving stations in individual Branches and protection of biological material during transport;15. training of the Laboratory's medical personnel in operating the pneumatic mail station and securing biological material during transport;16. disposal of the generated waste;17. providing a guarantee for the delivered and installed equipment and the performed works;18. providing detailed operating instructions in Polish including operating instructions, instructions for disinfecting the containers and the interior of the pipeline in case of its contamination, approvals and approvals for the built-in equipment and materials.The subject of the order has been described in detail in Appendix 2 to the ToR.
