This contract will enable EDF SA, Enedis and the Group's subsidiaries to carry out comparative studies in the field of Information Systems, with the following objectives: - to ensure the technical and economic performance of IS within the Group- to facilitate strategic decision-making in terms of IS and reduce the associated risks, by shedding light on IS markets, technology maturity and the strategies of different suppliers- to propose the appropriate implementation of best practices and feedback, based on pragmatic methodologies, illustrated by case studies- to objectify the IT Operator's performance, to manage the economic performance of the operation and to ensure the relevance of the service offerThe Subsidiaries of EDF SA will be able to benefit, if they so wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs.
The services of this lot cover benchmarks on IS strategy, IS cost in relation to business variables (number of customers, number of MW produced, etc.). Contract duration: 6 years (3 years firm and options up to 3 years) These services are designed to compare performance on the basis of stable metrics and reference bases: IS activities of departments and subsidiaries, operation and infrastructure services of the IT operator, coverage and quality of IT services, application of benchmarking clauses in IT contracts.These services also cover the CGO benchmarks required to implement the Group's "Economic and Financial Performance Management" policy, as well as the updating of benchmarks worth less than €20k.Contract duration: 6 years (3 years firm and 3 1-year options) These specific studies enable us to compare our practices with those of comparable companies, in order to identify levers for improvement: technological developments, supplier markets, subdivision practices and service contract clauses (service levels, penalty clauses), service and safety strategy. These services also cover lighting benchmarks worth less than €20 k. Contract duration: 6 years (3 years firm and 3 1-year options).
