The subject of the Order is the expansion of the electronic document circulation system possessed by the Ordering Party (Webcon BPS) in the scope of: - supplementing the areas implemented so far, i.e. office, organization and management, renovation and investment, public procurement, finance and accounting, research and development activities, project activities, employee and social applications.
The subject of the Order is the expansion of the electronic document circulation system possessed by the Ordering Party (Webcon BPS) within the scope of:- supplementing the areas implemented so far, i.e. Complementing the previously implemented areas, i.e.: clerical, organization and management, renovation and investment, public procurement, finance and accounting, research and development, project activities, employee and social applications with the following functionalities:- Preparation of a task register with a schedule- Creation of a task dictionary for a project (types of tasks)- Development of a task workflow (single)- Creation of a register of current projects/competitions financed by international and national institutions- Definition of a project budget- Development of a project application- Development of a financial report. of the project- Development of an application for hiring a person for the project- Development of an application for issuing a new normative act- Verification of contractors and downloading data from the Central Statistical Office- Integration of the contractor database with the VAT white list- Development of an application for changing the scope of a power of attorney during its duration- Development of an application for travel to an event/participation in an event (e.g. conferences)- Functionality of accounting for a trip to a conference organized before an external entity (domestic or foreign)- Electronic delivery,- Applications, statements and other processes of the Contracting Authority concerning:- IT,- Awards,- Periodic evaluation of non-academic employees,- Data protection,- Remote working,- Application for activity allowance,- General matters,- Work regulations,- Social matters,- Parental rights,- E-publishing of students,- Hiring of employees,- Reporting problems and failures.
