Description

The subject matter of this contract is the provision of comprehensive IT human resources services for a period of up to 15 months from the date of conclusion of the framework agreement. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract determining in particular the requirements for IT specialists is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).3 The detailed conditions for performing the subject matter of the contract have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Draft Framework Agreement) and in Annex 3 to the SWZ (Draft Executive Agreement).
(1) The subject matter of this contract is the provision of comprehensive IT human resources services for a period of up to 15 months from the date of conclusion of the Framework Agreement. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract determining in particular the requirements for IT specialists is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ (Terms of Reference).3 The detailed conditions for the performance of the subject matter of the contract have been specified in Annex 2 to the SWZ (Draft Framework Agreement) and in Annex 3 to the SWZ (Draft Executive Agreement).4 The Contracting Authority does not require that the persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract be employed based on an employment relationship. The above shall be dictated by the specific nature of this contract and the type of services to be performed by IT specialists at the stage of procurement under the executive contract concluded under a framework agreement.5. The Contracting Authority may invalidate the procedure to conclude a framework agreement, which was to be concluded with more than one contractor, if less than two non-rejectable tenders have been submitted.6.The order will be partially realized within the framework of the project "Integrated Low Emission Reduction System (ZONE)", co-financed from the European Regional Development Fund as part of the Operational Programme Digital Poland, Priority Axis 2 "E-government and open government", Measure 2.1 "High accessibility and quality of public e-services", on the basis of the grant agreement no. POPC.02.01.00-00-0128/20-00, concluded between Centrum Projektów Polska Cyfrowa and Główny Urząd Nadzoru Budowlanego.7 The Contracting Authority stipulates that some of the unit contracts performed under the concluded framework contract may be co-financed from EU funds. In such a case, the information about what kind of funds will be allocated to finance a given unit contract and all the necessary information and formalities related thereto will be included at the stage of unit contract execution and in execution contracts.
