This DPS concerns services in the form of strategic consultancy services and operative services. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas:— operational planning, installation, configuration and tuning,— operative security,— trouble shooting and fault correction,— ongoing operational and maintenance assignments,— technical support and operations centre assignments.Relevant technologies within consultancy services and operation of ICT systems and platforms at Statnett are (the list is not exhaustive and will vary in-line with the IT solutions that at any given time are used by Statnett):— data processing centre (microsoft system center),— hybrid data processing centre technology/cloud services/container/big data,— automation,— virtualisation (VmWare, VR technology),— monitoring (spectrum, Scom, splunk),— fire wall (palo alto),— operative system (linux, microsoft),— network (Cisco),— database (oracle, DB2 for z/OS, CP/IP),— server (windows client and server, Citrix),— storage and back-up,— transmission (xWDM),— load balancing,— open shift, docker, kafka,— graph databases.
