- part 1 - construction of the project management module by providing 1 software developer for works related to the construction and proper functioning of the module, - part 2 - expansion and modification of the university's modular IT management system by providing a team of 6 software developers for programming works of integration and automation of administrative processes related to the service of students and employees of the Polish Academy of Sciences, who, together with the team of the University Computer Science Centre, will make the necessary modifications, - part 3 - modification of the university's IT management system in terms of supporting the mobility process at PŁ by providing a team of 2 software developers for programming work on integration and automation of administrative processes, who will prepare a tool to support PŁ processes.
The order implemented under the project entitled "Integrated Programme of the Technical University of Łódź", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, contract number: POWR.03.05.00-00-Z051/17-00 - task 12 (from the application for co-financing), priority axis: III Higher education for economy and development, measure 3.5 Comprehensive programmes of universities. The subject of the contract is to build a project management module by providing 1 (one) software developer for works related to the construction and proper functioning of the module. The project management module is to supervise the application and implementation process and the use of educational and research and development projects in order to effectively use the results of these projects in the didactic process. The application will allow to optimize the use of the results of works in the form of the latest scientific publications from projects carried out by the scientific and teaching staff of the Technical University of Lodz. The Ordering Party informs that the remuneration will be paid to the Contractor in stages - the Contractor will receive the remuneration every 4 months (the value of the subject of the contract indicated in the offer submitted in the subject procedure will be proportionally divided). The remuneration shall be paid on condition that a partial (4 months from the date of concluding the contract) and final acceptance protocol (drawn up at the end of the contract period) accepted by the Contracting Authority is accepted. A specimen of the protocol is attached as Appendix 2 to the Agreement. The contract is implemented under the project entitled "Integrated Programme of the Technical University of Łódź - edition II", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, contract number: POWR.03.05.00-00-Z005/18 - task 11 (from the application for funding), priority axis: III Higher education for the economy and development, measure 3.5 Comprehensive programmes of universities. The subject of the contract is the extension and modification of the university's modular IT management system by providing a team of 6 software developers for programming work integration and automation of administrative processes related to the service of students and employees of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PŁ), who together with the team of the University Computer Science Centre will make necessary modifications. The University uses Java, C++/C and Delphi technologies. The Technical University of Lodz has a modular student service system. The system is operated by the University Computer Science Centre and consists of the following elements: Wikamp, ZSID, Ekstazjusz, FK, KRISP serving the comprehensive service of the educational process at the university:a) Wikamp:- development of a central database of subjects in place of faculty databases, - centralization of the system of a general university database of students and employees, - centralization of resources available on the Wikamp platform;b) ZSID:- centralization of the student database and unification of the data aggregation system, - introduction of a uniform system of authentication of teachers;c) Ekstazjusz:- implementation of the module of flexible assignment of classes within all fields of study;d) Financial and accounting system:- integration of the system of handling student fees with the central database of students;e) KRISP:- collection, archiving, and making available and processing of numerical data processed in the educational processes,- integration with the Polon 2 system.0.the Awarding Entity informs that the remuneration shall be paid to the Economic Operator in stages - the Economic Operator shall receive the remuneration on a quarterly basis (the value of the subject matter of the contract indicated in the tender submitted in the procedure in question shall be divided proportionally). The remuneration shall be paid on condition that the Contracting Authority accepts a partial (quarterly) and final acceptance protocol (drawn up at the end of the contract term). A specimen of the protocol constitutes Attachment No. 2 to the contract. The contract is implemented under the project entitled "Integrated Programme of the Technical University of Łódź for the development of the region of Łódź", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund, Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, contract no. POWR.03.05.00-00-ZR55/18-00 - task 11 from the application for funding, priority axis: III Higher education for the economy and development, measure 3.5 Comprehensive programmes of universities.III.3.2 The subject of the contract is the modification of the university's IT management system in the scope of supporting the mobility process in PLP by providing a team of 2 software developers for programming works of integration and automation of administrative processes, who will prepare a tool to support the described processes in PLP. The implementation of such a tool will allow for the improvement of communication and acceptance processes in the Centre for International Exchange (CWM), between international partners and LP. The introduction of a tool for the electronic handling of processes will make it possible to improve the exchange of data and documentation between the sections of the CWM and internal and external entities cooperating with LP. The current way in which the CWM handles processes due to the lack of a tool with a centralized database and without implemented electronic acceptance processes of the workflow class causes significant time losses in handling individual tasks in the processes. The introduction of an integrated tool will enable efficient data search and work on the documentation used by CWM. The following functionalities will be introduced for the tool: - acceptance, verification and approval of documents of foreign students, - making the documents of students of Polish Academy of Sciences available to foreign partners (for recruitment and mobility needs), - registration of contracts and student documentation, - individual and group reporting for management needs.In order to implement all necessary changes and adjust the process of student exchange within the Centre for International Cooperation outside the staff of the University Teaching Centre, it is necessary to increase periodically the resources of the programming team referred to in the description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority informs that the remuneration shall be paid to the Contractor in stages - the Contractor shall receive the remuneration on a quarterly basis (the value of the subject of the contract, indicated in the offer submitted in the subject of the procedure, shall be divided proportionally).
