Description

ZDF requires services to provide the administration of the following services: - "Web services and application operation in the Windows server environment", - "Active Directory, Public Key Infrastructure and Email", - "Oracle Solaris and Linux Server Administration", - "VMWare ESX Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server and Windows File Services", - "Television Systems, VMWare ESX, Active Directory and File Transfer", - "VMWare ESX, Active Directory, File Transfer and Television Systems", - "File Transfer Systems, VMWare ESX, Television Systems and Windows Server". The hardware is operated at the Mainz site in 2 computer centres. The working times with normal hourly rate billing are in the period from 7.00 to 18.00. In principle, the services are to be rendered within these working hours. If the contractor plans earlier or later work assignments in order to perform the service, these must be agreed in advance. Work assignments announced by the client outside these times can amount to up to 25 hours per month. In the event of hardware failures, a response time of a maximum of 15 minutes in the computer centres, from 7.30 to 17.00, Monday to Friday, must be guaranteed by the personnel deployed for this purpose. For the service packages described, on-call services are to be performed all year round 7x24 by the personnel deployed for this purpose on a rotating basis.
