Description

The object of this contract is the governance services of collaborative tools and technical and functional support for the digital training of users of digital services of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and the Administration of Justice, as they are configured in this Technical Specifications in the Technical Specifications.
This lot will include the following services:1) Based on the set of licenses acquired by the Administration of the Principality of Asturias from Microsoft Office 365, the bidder must establish the necessary mechanisms that allow the implementation of a governance model for its support by the technicians of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias. This service includes parameterization and configuration of services by the bidder.2) Consultancy for the realization of a technical implementation process of Office 365 that allows the implementation of the governance framework for the use of collaborative tools by the staff of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias.3) Technical and functional support necessary for all the technical and functional support required for the implementation of Office 365.) Technical and functional support required for all corporate cloud services involving the use of these tools included in Microsoft Office 365.4) Incident resolution service, administration and monitoring for the duration of the contract and the necessary training to technicians of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias. This lot will include the following services:1) Digital training services for the professionals of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and the Administration of Justice in the information systems that are necessary for the performance of their jobs in their different areas.2) Consultancy services for the implementation of Microsoft Office 365.) Consultancy services for the implementation of action plans and digital services programs of the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and the Justice Administration, including change management plans.3) Design and execution of training itineraries for the users of the information systems described in the Technical Specifications both in the Principality of Asturias and the Justice Administration.4) Support in the support and implementation of the tools implemented by the Principality of Asturias for citizens and companies in order to facilitate the use of the services of the electronic headquarters of the Principality of Asturias and other corporate headquarters and portals, including those of justice.) Remote and face-to-face support including, if necessary, a guided on-the-job training for public employees.6) Elaboration of informative materials in different media including the provision of contents and dynamization for the different digital assistants implemented by the Directorate General for Digital Strategy and Artificial Intelligence (DGEDIA).
