Description
The mission of the PGA unit (Payroll and Administrative Management) is to study, design, implement and maintain information systems related to HR issues.The "Rhapsodie Gestion" and "Pointage et Prime" applications are part of the RATP's personnel management domain. They both run on Linux Red-hat, and all related batch processes are automated using Axway's Automator (XOS) scheduler. The information systems that make up this domain are marked by RATP's specific institutional situation and the heavy weight of regulations. The aim of automation is to reduce, or even eliminate, all human intervention, in order to improve production security while increasing productivity.The aim of the contract is to provide automation services for the PGA unit's applications, in particular using Axway's Automator tool.The services to be provided may include, in particular, the following for production and pre-production:- Monitoring application automation in production (7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)- Guaranteeing the smooth day-to-day operation of processing automation on production environments- Managing and carrying out requests (Technical fact via MANTIS, request management tool) in collaboration with the issuer.- Implement and test requests for processing changes (addition, deplanification, deletion of certain processes, parameterization, etc.) - Deliver graphs to production, then instantiate them - Build the XOS schedules required for the various graphs - Validate certain jobs using an in-house tool to trigger multiple-instance graphs.- Daily update of a production/pre-production handbook and another for pre-production acceptance environments - Update all documentation in the event of graph changes or modifications to the automation chain, both NL1 and HR9And for the other environments (development and acceptance):- Guarantee the smooth operation of processing automation on the development/acceptance environments.- Set up all the graphs required for unit and non-regression acceptance of the various evolution trains (4 per year for the Rhapsodie domain)- Inform the MOEs about execution time drifts (excel comparative tables, etc.)- Guarantee the consistency of the various graph versions and maintain a repository.- Assist the other organization divisions and the MOA with technical tasks.- Ensures compliance with standards - Follows up and implements work requests (processing changes/additions/deletions, etc.) from the MOE and the TRA - Provides technical assistance to the MOE on automation - Maintains Excel tools (macro, vb, etc.) - Instantiates development environments at the TRA's request - Triggers unit processing - Makes minor modifications to certain Shells on request.- Updating of various documentations, preparation of new documents, etc. - Daily updating of a development handbook Complementary services may include:- reinforcement of the team in case of occasional overload- design of graphs: migration/evolution of the product requiring a complete redesign of the graphs- redesign of the automation following a major evolution of an HR applicationThe deliverables to be produced may be as follows:- Monthly report on the completion of requests (Technical Facts)- Update of documentation as soon as a graph modification is madeDaily update of a development handbook as and when required
The contract is a framework agreement with a minimum and a maximum amount. The services included in the scope of the contract are described below.- Minimum amount services:-A first year of automation services lasting 12 months -A second year of automation services lasting 12 months- Maximum amount services:-Minimum amount services-An initialization phase lasting 2 months-A third year of automation services lasting 12 months-A fourth year of automation services lasting 12 months-A fifth year of automation services lasting 12 months-Additional services for a maximum load of 2180 days.-A reversibility phase lasting 2 months Services will take place on RATP premises. They must be covered every working day of the year from 7:30 to 19:00 to ensure continuity of service.
