Description

The Contracting Authority wishes to procure the hosting, unburdening, management and optimization of the ICT-CA and hosting environment as a service. The Tenderer is responsible for the full support of the employees regarding the ICT-CA environment and is also the Single Point Of Contact on behalf of the Contracting Authority for its IT suppliers and employees. The Contracting Authority requires the Tenderer to offer a 'Workplace as a service'.The Workplace as a service consists of:1. Management/migration of the current Microsoft365, Intune and Azure environments to the new service provider;2. Service desk services including Single Point of Contact (SPOC);3. Management of the central Microsoft365 environment;4. Management of the physical workstations and cell phones;5. Server management for hosting the Exact suite environment;6. On site support;7. Printer services;8. Implementing changes, providing advice and training;
