Services for SAP HuR see chapter 1.3.2 + 2.2 of VUThe following modules/components are currently being used productively in independent system lines and are to be supported:- Financial Accounting (FI),- Controlling (CO),- Project System (PS),- Reporting (SL),- Loan and Securities Management (TR),- Materials Management (MM),- SAP Business Connector (SAP BC) (without hosting and basic operation of the SAP systems)Quantity structure for basic contract term (28 Mon.)/per fiscal year:Minimum acceptance: 250 PTRealisation-related projects with call-off volume (non-binding): 250 PTOptionen für Ungeplantes: 400 PTThe AG reserves the right, within the first 3 years of this contract, to award new services, which consist of the repetition of services of the same kind as the services tendered for, to the contractor of this main contract in accordance with § 14 (4) no. 9 VgV. The contractual conditions of this award procedure apply to these services. Services for SAP SRM see chapter 1.3.2 + 2.3 of VUThe following modules/components are currently being used productively in independent system lines and are to be supported:- Supplier Relationship Management,- OpusCapita catalog system (as "Software as a Service"),- CatCo Tool (as "Software as a Service"). (without hosting and basic operation of SAP systems)Quantity structure for basic contract term (28 months))/per fiscal year:Minimum acceptance: 800 PTRealisation-related projects with call-off volume (non-binding): 330 PT options for unplanned items: 310 PTThe AG reserves the right, within the first 3 years of this contract, to award new services consisting of the repetition of services of the same type as the services tendered for, to the contractor of this main contract in accordance with § 14 Para. 4 No. 9 VgV. Chapters 1.3.2 + 2.4 of the VUThe following modules/components are currently being used productively in independent system lines and are to be supported:- Human Capital Management,- Employee and Management Self Service,- SuccessFactors (without hosting and basic operation of the SAP systems)Quantity structure for basic contract term (28 months)/per fiscal year:PVS Part 1:Min. Acceptance 850 PTRealisation-related projects with call-off volume (non-binding): 200 PTOptions for unscheduled items: 570 PTPVS Part 2:Min. Chapters 1.3.2 + 2.5 of the VUThe following modules/components are currently being used productively in independent system lines and are to be supported:- NetWeaver Portal (EP),- FIORI Frontend Server (FES),- Solution Manager,- Solution Manager (SM),- Search and Classification (TREX) (without hosting and basic operation of SAP systems)Quantity structure for basic contract term (28 months))/per fiscal year:Min. acceptance: 250 PRealisation-related projects with call-off volume (non-binding): 200 PRoptions for unplanned items: 100 PRThe AG reserves the right, within the first 3 years of this contract, to award new services consisting of the repetition of services of the same kind as the services tendered for, to the contractor of this main contract in accordance with § 14 Paragraph 4 No. 9 VgV. The contractual conditions of this award procedure apply to these services.
