Description

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the successful bidder undertakes vis-à-vis the contracting authority to deliver SAP software licenses in the form of delivered licenses ("on premise" mode) or in Saas form via private or public cloud for the needs of the Centre d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise (CIRB), and for the needs of potential contracting authorities benefiting from the present contract, within the framework of the CIRB central purchasing unit.
In the context of centralized purchasing, the CIRB is issuing the present contract as a central purchasing body for the Brussels-Capital Region's PABs, with a view to acquiring SAP licenses for :- The purchase of new "on premise" licenses and their maintenance- The renewal of existing maintenance on license purchases already made on the date of award of the contract- The continuity of current or future subscriptions in the Public Cloud- Subscriptions in SAP's Private Cloud- The purchase of third-party products resold by SAP- The purchase of SAP Premium Commitment services.
