The object of procurement is new and further development services for various projects in the environment of the Hessenportal. In addition to the employee portal of the state administration, these include an ESS platform and other portals based on SAP Netweaver.
The services listed below are intended to cover all phases of an application development project. In addition to application development support in the technologies listed below, the contractor is expected to provide qualified support in cross-cutting, technology-independent service areas of an application development project, from initialization to operational implementation. Professional experience" in this context means competences, abilities and skills acquired through work activity. He is an expert for specific technologies in application development.Further tasks of senior developers are:- Software development in the SAP Netweaver environment (JAVA stack, Enterprise Portal);- Cost estimates for development tasks;- Requirements analysis;- Application system specification;- Application design;- Application architecture;- Database design and programming;- Application development with agile methods, preferably SCRUM;- Integration of ABAP applications in the SAP Enterprise Portal;- Documentation of the system specification and design decisions in the software development documentation;- Design and implementation in IT security topics in application systems;- Design and implementation of accessible application systems;- Support in testing (component, integration and acceptance tests);- Support in the commissioning of applications;- Support in the migration of legacy systems;- Integration of applications into the infrastructure;- Support in training measures for users and operating personnel;- Know-how transfer to employees of the clientCompetence profileA senior developer must have the following basic competencies in order to perform the service:Education/further training:- University or college degree in an IT-related field (e.g.(e.g. computer science, business information technology, natural sciences, mathematics) or comparable knowledge and skills acquired in practice. Professional experience:The persons employed to provide the service must have in-depth knowledge of application development technologies (see above) acquired in at least 5 years of professional experience and developer experience in software development projects. In addition, these persons must have at least 3 years of experience in each of the following fields of activity.- Software development in the SAP Netweaver environment (JAVA stack, Enterprise Portal);- Requirements analysis;- Application system specification;- Application design;- Application architecture;- Database design;- Application development with agile methods, preferably SCRUM;- Integration of ABAP applications in the SAP Enterprise Portal;- Documentation of the system specification and design decisions in the software development documentation;- Tests (test automation, component, integration and acceptance tests);- Commissioning of applications;- Migration of legacy systems;- Integration of applications into the infrastructure;- Know-how transfer to employees of the client.
