The TestCenter KONSENS (TCK) is the central quality gate in the release management process in KONSENS and has been located at the Oberfinanzdirektion Karlsruhe - Landeszentrum für Datenverarbeitung (LZfD) - at the Stuttgart and Karlsruhe offices since its foundation. The tests performed by the TCK provide information on whether an application meets the qualitative requirements for operation in KONSENS. For this purpose, the TCK operates its own test environments and is setting up further test environments.The Karlsruhe Regional Finance Office - LZfD - requires support from external personnel for the test stage of the acceptance tests. The test stage is to be established by a test stage manager and the set-up and operation of the test environment is to be supported by a person with technical affinity.For this purpose, a service contract is to be concluded for each area of responsibility as of 01.01.2023.
The tender will be issued in two lots. The estimated purchase quantity per lot is 500 PT. The minimum purchase quantity is set at 100 PT per lot.
