Description

Procurement of support and consulting services for SAP projects in 2 lots:- Lot 1: SAP performance issues;- Lot 2: Implementation of SAP security measures.
On the HZD side, the central SAP systems are operated by the Technical Hesse Competence Center (T-HCC) as a division of the Products department.Due to the particular importance of the central SAP systems, the following factors are of particular significance for SAP operation:- Virtualization, reliability (redundant components, VMWare);- Scalability;- Fast incident resolution (beyond the extent of the HZD-specific standard data center specifications);- IT protection, data privacy, confidentiality as well as relevant provisions of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the German Budgetary Principles Act (HGrG).Continuously implemented internal projects enable the provision of future-proof operating, monitoring and control environments, and the relevant project tasks require external support and advice. This working environment includes operational tasks (Service Desk - 1st level, 2nd level and 3rd level, correction and transport system (KTW), order service, SAP Basis-related tasks) as well as project-related tasks, which usually involve an extension and automation of SAP-related work processes.Tasks SAP Performance Questions (Role R2.1) - Lot 1The focus of this task area is on the operational optimization of system parameters, taking into account technical, application-specific and operational aspects. In addition to the classic analysis tools, SAP Solution Manager is increasingly being used for this purpose. This task area is intended to enable you to perform the following tasks independently and without instruction:- Use of SAP Solution Manager to answer performance and capacity questions:- SAP capacity planning;- SAP analyses and manufacturer/supplier-specific analyses;- Adjustment and expansion of performance and capacity management Performance analyses;- Regular creation of reports, in particular critical processes, for example for SAP HCM/HR (including payroll, structural authorization and SQL statements);- Execution of ad hoc analyses of critical operating cases;- Planning and execution of load tests;- Determination of statistics from SAP databases and the SAP system landscapes HCM/HR, RW, e-procurement and Business Intelligence (BI)Necessary qualification profile:- Relevant university degree in (business) information technology or comparable knowledge acquired in practice;- Extensive experience for each of the qualifications required below. Against the background of the forthcoming migration from SAP on Oracle to HANA or to S4/HANA, experience in the analysis and optimization of all three variants is expected;- Use of SAP Solution Manager to answer performance and capacity questions;- Execution of SAP analyses as well as manufacturer and supplier-specific analyses within the scope of SAP Capacity Planning;- Adjustment and expansion of the performance and capacity management within the scope of SAP Capacity Planning;- Regular preparation of reports, in particular critical processes at z. e.g. with SAP HR (including payroll, structural authorization, as well as SQL statements within the scope of performance analyses);- Execution of ad hoc analyses on critical operating cases within the scope of performance analyses;- Support in planning and execution of load tests in the SAP environment;- Determination of key figures from databases and the SAP landscapes and also;- Experience in working in superordinate projects and committees;- Experience in communication and documentation of decisions and processes. The contractor is expected to provide specific know-how as well as competent and comprehensive support, and this working environment includes operational tasks (service desk - 1st level, 2nd level and 3rd level, correction and transport system (KTW), order service, SAP Basis-related tasks) as well as project-related tasks, which usually involve the expansion and automation of SAP-related work processes.Tasks Implementation of SAP Security Measures (Role R2.2) - Lot 2By taking over this task area, the independent and instruction-free completion of the following tasks is intended:- Implementation of SAP Security Measures This task is typically divided into the following individual steps:- Implementation of security measures in the SAP environment, e.g.:-- Implementation of SAP security notes according to SAP and BSI specifications;
-- Execution of system hardening according to BSI specifications (operating system, database, application);
-- Implementation of security measures in the SAP environment for non-SAP systems according to BSI or manufacturer specifications;- Creation and revision of superordinate concepts for the implementation of SAP security measures in SAP Basis operation;- Quality assurance;- Documentation;- Knowledge transfer to employees of the HZD and the HCC;- Necessary qualification profile:- Relevant university degree in (business) information technology or comparable knowledge acquired in practice;- Extensive experience for each of the qualifications required below:
-- Implementation of SAP safety instructions in SAP systems (any DB);
-- Implementation of SAP safety instructions in SAP systems on HANA;
-- Implementation of SAP safety instructions in SAP S4/HANA systems;
-- Implementation of BSI security guidelines;
-- Implementation of system hardening according to BSI specifications;
-- Implementation of security measures for NON SAP systems according to BSI or manufacturer specifications in the SAP environment;
-- Creation and revision of IT security concepts in the SAP environment and also:- Experience in working in superordinate projects and committees;- Experience in communication and documentation of decisions and processes;- Experience in knowledge transfer.
