Description

The subject of the contract is a framework agreement for the hiring of external staff for the ITD department of AG Digipolis Antwerp. The objective of this framework contract is to establish a list of preferred partners whereby we will select a maximum of 5 partners for each lot according to the award criteria. For each concrete purchase (subcontract) under this framework agreement, AG Digipolis Antwerp will organize a mini-competition between the preferred partners whereby the price will already be fixed under this framework agreement (with the possibility of indexation in accordance with the provisions of the present specifications).
Helpdesk staff are the point of contact for our customers. You are customer-oriented and help everyone objectively. You know the different channels and use them constructively. You act correctly and ensure that the customer can continue working without any problems. We do not expect you to solve all the problems yourself, but to act as a team player bridging the gap between our customers and the internal departments. In this way, you identify problems transparently. You make sure that the right colleagues are informed quickly and clearly about the problems and you give them the necessary feedback. As a member of this team, you will solve all problems on the client's workstation, including cabling, hardware and software problems. You analyse the problem and provide a quick and efficient solution. This can be done remotely or on site at the customer. The team consists of about 40 employees and is divided into three subgroups, see annex.
