Description

The subject of the contract is to develop/create an application/tool/software for immersive English language learning using virtual reality technology as a medium for the University of Rzeszów2. The order has not been divided into parts / tasks. Within the scope of the whole subject matter of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged in particular toa) development, delivery, installation, configuration and implementation of the application/tool/software enabling the Contracting Authority to create a training system for immersive English language learning using virtual reality technology as a medium, b) conducting the testing phase of the developed application/tool/software by the Contracting Authority's employees for a minimum of 10 working days for a given stage,c) take into account comments and opinions of the Awarding Entity during the performance of the contract, d) analyse the reliability and accuracy of the tool and modify the system in order to achieve the assumed results and functionality, e) develop a user manual to be provided to the Awarding Entity during the final acceptance of the contract, f) conduct training on the use of all aspects of the system, including the roles and possible interactions of the administrator, teacher and student, at least in the following areas 30 hours for min. 5 employees of the Employer, the training will also include all elements necessary to provide assistance to users who encounter problems in using the application/tool/software creating an English language immersion training system, g) transfer to the Employer of exclusive economic copyrights to use and full modification/expansion of the work created under the Agreement by the Contractor.h) The subject matter of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR, which constitutes a detailed description of the subject matter of the contract.
