Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) - the central development institution of the state of Schleswig-Holstein with currently around 800 employees - is looking for a service provider to provide support services for the development of commercial and industrial sites.

The state of Schleswig-Holstein intends to support local authorities in the development of building land as part of the "Gewerbeflächen-Entwicklungsfonds.SH" (hereinafter referred to as "Gewerbeflächenfonds") funding program. The relevant guidelines have been issued and will be published shortly. It is part of the tender documents.

The core objective of the service is to support local authorities in pursuing an active land policy, giving priority to the mobilization of building land for commercial and industrial areas. In particular, any inefficiencies in land development are to be partially compensated for, thereby encouraging local authorities to focus more on development, which is often difficult and financially costly.

The commercial space fund is divided into two program parts. In program part 1, the state supports the municipalities in making decisions regarding the implementation of site development and in determining the next steps required for this by funding an analysis of potential. In program part 2, the implementation of the land development measure is funded.
