Description

Lot 1 Fixed operating times. With the invitation to tender, the contracting authority intends to conclude a service contract for the provision of interpreting services with the contractor. The subject of the invitation to tender is exclusively oral translation. The required languages are Arabic, dari, farsi and kurmanci. The performance period is expected to begin on 1.5.2019 and end on 31.12.2020. The client reserves the right to extend the contract optionally until 31.12.2021. Fixed working hours in the Department of Public Security of the Region Hannover and there in the Foreigners Authority of the Region Hannover (Lot 1). An Arabic-speaking interpreter is required to provide interpreting services for lot 1 on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., Wednesdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., a Farsi-speaking interpreter is required to provide interpreting services on Mondays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Thursdays from 1 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the Foreigners Authority of the Hannover Region. Lot 2 Demand-dependent operations on call. The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with the contractor for the provision of interpreting services with the invitation to tender. The subject of the invitation to tender is exclusively oral translation. The required languages are Arabic, dari, farsi and kurmanci. The performance period is expected to begin on 1.5.2019 and end on 31.12.2020. The client reserves the right to extend the contract optionally until 31.12.2021. In connection with the demand-based individual call-offs (lot 2), the Principal shall assure the Contractor of a minimum purchase quantity of 900 hours of interpreting services for lot 2 for the period 1.5.2019-31.12.2019, 1,350 hours for the period 1.1.2020-31.12.2020 and 1,350 hours for the optional period 1.1.2021-31.12.2021.
