Description

The subject matter of the contract is the construction and operation of an NGA broadband network as well as the supply of educational institutions and hospitals as well as business parks with high-performance broadband connections as retail products. These are end customers who have been identified as undersupplied in terms of their broadband supply as defined in the special call for tender. There are no overlaps with regard to the construction and operation of underserved areas (white spots) in the Federal City of Bonn (Licence Notice 2019/S 014-029960 published in the Official Journal of the European Union on 21.1.2019). The broadband supply for educational institutions and hospitals is grouped together in Lot 1.
