1.  The contract is for the interior and exterior painting of buildings, USAG Bavaria, Grafenwoehr Military Community, which includes Tower Barracks (Grafenwoehr), Field Camps and Ranges, Grafenwoehr, as well as the Grafenwoehr Military Community - Rose Barracks (Vilseck), Field Camps and Ranges at Vilseck
2.  The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of € 20,000.00 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of € 2,000,000.00 . 
3.  Contract Period:  01 June 2020 - 31 May 2025 
4.  30% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor.
5.  The solicitation will be issued on this website on or about 09 December 2019 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 16 January 2020.   Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review this website frequently for any updates/amendments.
6.  All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria.
7.  Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany).
8.  Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
