In the present proceedings, communication takes place using the miniPortal https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/, ePUAP https://obywatel.gov.pl/nforms/ezamowienia and e-mail. Part 1 - insurance of property of units supervised by the Department of Education of the Nicolaus Copernicus Copernicus Office - insurance of kindergartens, schools and educational institutions, the Department of Sport of the Nicolaus Copernicus Office - insurance of educational institutions of sport and recreation character, the Department of Social Policy and Health of the Nicolaus Copernicus Office - insurance of nurseries.4A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in: specimen agreement with the attachment constituting attachment No. 5A to the specification and attachment No. 8 to the specification containing: list of locations of educational units, Sports Department units and nurseries, information about the buildings, damage.5 The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Act in the amount not exceeding 100% of the basic contract value. It is also provided that the possible scope and conditions of providing these services will be similar to those in the model contract in the basic order, with the possibility of change agreed by the parties in terms of: - sums insured (guarantee sums - in MTPL),- limits and sublimits of liability,- period of insurance and settlement periods,- amount of average insurance rates,- circle of the insured,- exclusions or limitations of the scope of insurance.Note! Value indicated in section II.2.6 takes into account the contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as the Act in the amount of PLN 3,915,000.00 net.6 The Contracting Authority requires a person to be employed by the Contractor (or subcontractor) during the performance of the contract to perform the activities specified in § 3 par. 6 of the model contract, on the principles specified in § 7 of the model contract (Annex 5A to the specification).7 Justification for applying the 90% price criterion: In appendix 1 to the model agreement, the Contracting Authority specified quality standards relating to all significant features of the subject matter of the contract, such as: subject matter of insurance, scope of insurance, system for determining the sums insured (guarantee sums - in Civil Liability), system of compensation payment, loss adjustment rules, other provisions relating to, among others, current handling of the insurance agreement, obligations of the parties to the insurance agreement resulting from the insurance agreement, etc. Detailed insurance terms and conditions are also based on special provisions and brokerage clauses. Moreover, the Contracting Authority shall not bear any additional costs of using the subject of the contract (costs of the life cycle of the subject of the contract).8 The Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to execute the subject of the contract with the use of subcontractors.9 The procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act shall be applied in this procedure. Part 2 - property and third party liability insurance within the scope of the activity of the Municipal Buildings Management Board in Krakow together with the third party liability insurance of the Municipality of Krakow in connection with real estate management.4. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is contained in: model contract with an annex constituting Annex 5B to the specification and Annex 9 to the specification containing: list of locations, information about the buildings, damage claims, list of electronic equipment.5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 par. 1 item 6 of the Act in the amount not exceeding 100% of the value of the basic contract. It is also provided that the possible scope and conditions of performance of these services will be similar to those in the model contract in the basic order, with the possibility to change the agreed by the parties in terms of: - sums insured (guarantee sums - in MTPL),- limits and sublimits of liability,- period of insurance and settlement periods,- amount of average insurance rates,- circle of the insured,- exclusions or limitations of the scope of insurance.Note!
