Description

Property damage and incidental risks insurance 1st line at EUR 120 000 000 for all sites plus optional EPS breakage insurance plus optional ERT insurance EPS. The Pierre & Marie Curie campus (formerly the Jussieu campus) covers an area of 284,633 m2, and the contract is to be set up on a single contractual basis in terms of guarantees, taking into account the question of the exhaustion of the first line if necessary. Civil liability insurance and related risks: RCE, RCAL, RCP, RCP, and RCMS (optional-PSE-variant mandatory). The purpose of the contract is the legal protection of Sorbonne University as a legal person and the functional protection of the institution's staff. The contract covers assistance and repatriation services during missions organized directly or indirectly by Sorbonne University.
