Description

The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to provide insurance expertise relating to the management of claims below the "Civil Liability" insurance deductible of the Société du Grand Paris.
Société du Grand Paris wishes to set up an expert service for the management of its claims below the deductible, relating to public works damage vis-à-vis third parties, in order to assess and validate the amount of financial compensation. The scope of the framework agreement includes all appraisal assignments entrusted by Société du Grand Paris, directly, for claims occurring in the Île-de-France region in connection with the implementation of the project carried out by Société du Grand Paris, unless specifically instructed by SGP in cases where an expert has already been appointed by a court decision. The service provider undertakes to intervene and to travel to the Île-de-France region for all areas of expertise covered by the framework agreement (liability of the MOA for damage to public works).
