The subject of the task is the replacement of thermal insulation on overhead pipelines, taking place in the form of one of the applied (selected) technologies taking into account the nature of the insulated elements
The subject of the task is the replacement of thermal insulation on overhead pipelines, taking place in the form of one of the applied (selected) technologies taking into account the nature of the insulated elements, i.e.:a) for straight sections of the pipeline should be carried out by:o applying a steel sheet casing over the carrier pipe and then filling the space between the steel pipe and the casing pipe with polyurethane foam produced by the foaming unit oro assembly of PUR foam shells followed by galvanized steel sheet casing in an unassembled form oro assembly of prefabricated insulation shells made of PUR foam, assembled with galvanized steel sheet casing forming a prefabricated insulation system.o installation of mineral wool mats, with one-sided galvanized steel wire mesh trim and covering on the mesh side with aluminum foil, followed by a galvanized steel sheet sheathingb) for pipe fittings such as pipe elbows and bends and tees, insulation (identical to the insulation of straight sections) shall be applied by:o direct injection of insulation in the form of polyurethane foam, produced by a foaming unit, into the casing elbows, oro assembly of prefabricated elements made of PUR foam with a galvanized steel sheet cover, alternatively making the insulation as segmented structures, with the joints to be welded with PUR foam, oro assembly of insulation in the form of mineral wool mats with a galvanized steel sheet cover;c) for fittings, insulation shall be applied by: o installation of insulation using PUR foam as an insulating material, with a cover of galvanized steel sheet, whereby the possibility of its repeated disassembly without loss of insulating and functional properties must be ensured (use of snaps, hinges), oro installation of insulation in the form of mineral wool mats with a cover of galvanized steel sheet, whereby the possibility of its repeated disassembly without loss of insulating and functional properties must be ensured (use of snaps, hinges).d) for the insulation of sliding supports and fixed points, insulation meeting the material requirements of the STWiORB - appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.Details can be found in the SWZ and annexes to the SWZ.
