Description

As part of the performance of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes, against remuneration, to modernize the general plant telephone communication system and the dispatching system in the operation of the Salt Mine "Wieliczka" S.A., hereinafter referred to as "modernization", in accordance with the detailed design prepared by the Contractor and approved by the Contracting Authority.2The subject of the contract includes in particular: 1) execution of the detailed design, 2) development of the telecommunications system acting as a general-industry telephone communication system approved by the President of the Higher Mining Authority, 3) development of the equipment of the general-industry telephone communication system switchboard, 4) construction of wiring and installation of station equipment, including replacement of the equipment of the PGI switchgear and PG switchgear, 5) delivery and installation of 200 units. system phones,6) disassembly of ERICSSON PBX MD110,7) disassembly of intrinsically safe telephony device UTI,8) installation of alarm and notification communication system devices, approved by the President of the Higher Mining Authority, capacity 300NN,9) delivery of 280 units. 10) disassembly of the integrated system of telephone, dispatching and alarm and notification communication of STAR/SAT type,11) installation of communication system devices for rescue action management,12) installation of a power supply system guaranteed for control panel and dispatching room devices based on a direct current power plant and an alternating current power plant,13) inclusion in the power supply system of the guaranteed equipment of the central telephone communication system and dispatching room of the traffic dispatching systems,14) liquidation of the existing power supply system of the guaranteed equipment of the central telephone communication system and dispatching room of the traffic dispatching systems,15) performance of necessary construction works related to adaptation of the existing premises,16) execution and equipping of an additional position elevated for the central office and traffic dispatcher in the room of building G,17) preparation of as-built documentation, additions to the basic documentation and obtaining permits for commissioning the equipment of the general plant telephone communication system central and plant dispatch room equipment, issued by the Specialist Director of the Mining Authority,18) installation of an optical fibre cable (together with accessories) for the telephone exchange ↔ C-1 Main server room.The Contractor is obliged to employ persons under an employment contract.1 The Contractor is obliged to employ persons performing construction works (except for persons managing and supervising the works and persons supervising the operation of the plant) and persons performing activities related to the installation of equipment exclusively on the basis of employment contracts.2The Contractor shall be obliged to document the nature of employment of persons performing the activities specified in item II.1. Documentation of the nature of employment of persons performing the activities indicated in section 1 may take place according to the choice of the Contracting Authority described in detail in the template of the agreement, which is attached as Appendix No. 8 to the ToR Detailed description is included in the ToR, the template agreement and Appendix No. 1 to the ToR and the template agreement placed on the website www.kopalniawieliczka.eu
