At Kruckenbergstr. 40-64 (excluding 54) in 12107 Berlin, 45 stairwell window strips in 13 stairwells are to be refurbished. There are approx. 3 window strips per stairwell. The storeys range from 3 to 7 floors. There are pollutants in the form of asbestos.renovation/replacement of the stairwell windows as window bands including window planning and window statics, necessary scaffolding and facade work in adjacent areas. The existing curtain wall consists of asbestos-containing Eternit panels. The new facade panels made of fiber cement are to be manufactured free of asbestos. The new window strips (approx. 45 window strips, approx. 1,000 m² window area) are to be manufactured with window profiles made of aluminum. Fall protection of the windows according to DIN18008-4 (former TRAV). Sealing windows according to RAL installation guideline. Building height graduated from approx. 10 m to approx. 25 m height. Interior plaster was also sampled as contaminated (asbestos). New plastering inside is to be provided.Execution of the work for the exchange of the stairwell window bands only for companies with permission after TRGS519 possible. Written proof of suitability required with bid submission. The person responsible for the work under asbestos conditions must be present on the construction site.Security deposit for contract fulfillment: 10 %Security deposit for defect claims: 3 %Lump-sum apportionment for construction electricity, water, construction insurance 1.2 %.
