Description

The municipality of Eichenau intends to extend or upgrade the existing Starzelbachschule, Parkstraße 41, 82223 Eichenau for all-day education. This requires the following constructional measures:1. extension building with a gross floor area of approx. 1,500 m2 and a gross room volume of approx. 6,550 m3,2. conversion of the existing building with a gross floor area of approx. 350 m2 and a gross room volume of approx. 1,050 m3.extension building for the installation of a school canteen with a fresh kitchen for up to 1,000 meals and associated personnel area, as well as care rooms for the open all-day school and after-school care, each with adjoining rooms. The new entrance area in the extension building is used to provide barrier-free access to the ground and upper floors of the school complex via an elevator.
The water supply and waste disposal is divided into 2 supply areas, the existing changing room and the new building with kitchen. In the changing room, which will be completely renovated, 2 shower and toilet facilities are planned. The hot water supply is provided by two fresh water stations. The pipes for drinking water will be made of stainless steel, the waste water pipes of PP. The second supply area includes several kitchen sinks and a WC. The kitchen will be designed as a full kitchen. Here, in addition to the connections for the kitchen appliances, several sinks, washstands and hose connections are provided. The hot water supply is provided by a fresh water station, similar to the showers. The floor drains and gutters will be connected directly to the basic pipes. In the rear area there are changing and washing facilities for the kitchen staff. In the kitchen, too, the installations for drinking water are made of stainless steel and for waste water of PP. Individual consumers are generally connected to the main pipe with a flow divider or, in the case of smaller dimensions, the end consumers are looped through. The drinking water pipe is connected to the supply line in the basement.
