The subject of the invitation to tender is construction work in the trade "Locksmith's work" as part of the project "New construction of a community center with media center and daycare center for children with apartments in the town center Schillerareal, Simmozheim".
The subject of the present award procedure is construction work in the trade "locksmith work" in the construction projects described below. The plinth opens to the south to the village square and to the north is completely in the ground. To the southeast, the outdoor storage area is connected as an extension of the base floor, which also accommodates the terrain jump of one floor and is earth-covered and accessible from the north and east. The western main structure has 3 levels of media storage above the base level. The multipurpose room and adjoining ancillary rooms are directly connected to the entrance area. The daycare center is accessed via a separate foyer to which administrative and ancillary rooms are attached. A free-standing staircase leads from the foyer to a spacious play corridor to which the group rooms, bedrooms and sanitary facilities as well as the children's workshop and mudroom are connected. Barrier-free access is provided by an elevator between the foyer and the play hall. The apartments on the top floor have a separate entrance on the north facade and are accessed via a single flight of stairs. Each of the apartments is a subsidized 2-room and 3-room apartment, which will be rented by the municipality of Simmozheim.
