Description

The present consultation is a framework agreement with purchase orders and a minimum and maximum amount per lot for low-current work on fire safety systems (SSI), to be carried out in all RATP establishments in the ÃŽle-de-France region (rail network workshops, streetcar network, BUS centers, technical attachments, RATP network stations, tertiary sector buildings and RATP administrative premises).The work covers the following areas:- fire safety systems (supervision, fire detection, security, alarm equipment, automatic extinguishing, accident alarms),- technical alarms,- cables and cable trays.In this respect, this framework agreement must in particular enable each lot to:- carry out execution studies,- provide supplies,- install systems,- commission "low current" systems and modify existing installations,- provide for night work and work in sub-section 4,- accept and submit DOEs.
The present call for tenders is a multi-award allotment framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts, based on service orders (SO) concluded with two contractors for a period of 48 months.Lot 1: concerns low-current work on fire safety systems at all ERP-type sites (RER, Métro, Tram),This work covers the following areas:- Fire Safety Systems or SSI (supervision, fire detection, safety activation, alarm equipment, automatic extinguishing, accident alarms),- Technical alarms,- Cables and cable trays.As such, this framework agreement must notably allow for:- execution studies,- any supplies,- installations,- commissioning of "low current" systems and modifications to existing installations,- night work and work in sub-section 4 are to be planned,- acceptance and submission of DOEs,This framework agreement with purchase orders comprises a minimum amount and a maximum amount based on a BPU of which:- The minimum contract amount corresponds to the nominal amount -20% over 4 years as derived from the BPU,- The maximum contract amount corresponds to the nominal amount +60% over 4 years as derived from the BPU.The maximum quantities given in the BPU are indicative and not binding on RATP.The minimum amount of each of the two contracts corresponds to the nominal amount -20% over 4 years as derived from the BPU,The award method for the maximum amount of each of the contracts between the two successful tenderers is:- Contract holder A: 60% of the amount indicated below;- Contract holder B: 40% of the amount indicated below; The amount taken into consideration to determine the maximum amounts of the two contracts for the application of the above award method corresponds to the nominal amount +60% over 4 years as derived from the BPU. - Companies may compete for both lots, but may only be awarded a maximum of one contract per lot. Thus, we will have a maximum of 3 companies and a minimum of 2 companies. Nominal operating mode of the SO: sharing of the SO between the 2 holders according to the distribution of lot 1. This management will be carried out by the market manager in compliance with the above breakdown. The present consultation is a single-award allotment framework agreement with minimum and maximum amounts operated by service orders (SO) concluded with one contractor for a period of 48 months.Lot 2: concerns low-current work on fire safety systems in all ERT-type sites (Ateliers - Bus Center and RATP Buildings).This work covers the following areas:- fire safety systems (supervision, fire detection, alarm equipment, automatic extinguishing, accident alarms),- technical alarms,- cables and cable trays.As such, this framework agreement must notably allow for:- execution studies,- any supplies,- installations,- commissioning of "low current" systems and modifications to existing installations,- night work and work in sub-section 4 are to be planned,- acceptance and submission of DOEs,This framework agreement with purchase orders comprises a minimum amount and a maximum amount based on a BPU of which:- The minimum contract amount corresponds to the nominal amount -60% over 4 years as derived from the BPU,- The maximum contract amount corresponds to the nominal amount +20% over 4 years as derived from the BPU.Companies may compete for both lots, but may only be awarded a maximum of one contract per lot.
