The planned measure is the extension of an external elevator to a 7-storey central aisle house (prefabricated building) incl. basement. in order to create a barrier-reduced access route, an external elevator will be attached to the gable side of the building, which is accessible at ground level from the site (outside) and each residential floor. Delivery and installation of a frequency-controlled cable-driven passenger elevator system without machine room with through-loading function in an external elevator shaft constructed by the customer in front of an existing central corridor building (prefabricated building). the elevator must be fully functional and ready for operation, including all necessary components and testing prior to commissioning. operation should be as quiet, energy-saving and vandalism-resistant as possible.The energy efficiency class A is to be proven by a certificate according to VDI 4707.Spare parts are in principle to be kept available for a period of at least 20 years from commissioning.24-hour stand-by service is to be ensured by the contractor.Maintenance and inspection.- Contractual term: 5 years,- Maintenance interval: 4 x per year (quarterly).Start of execution is the beginning of the assembly work.The timely execution of preparatory measures (measurement, coordination with the trade, carcassing, ordering material etc.) is to be guaranteed by the contractor independently. Reference is made to the recommendation in the BZPlan.
