Description of the situation and development The planned new building of the community school Kellinghusen is to be placed on a construction site north of the main school building (component B) within the so-called school forest. The outermost eastern edges of the building are approximately in alignment with the eastern facade of the existing building of the former secondary school. A distance to the Luisenberger Straße running north will be kept in order to preserve the existing green corridor as far as possible. To the west, the sports field forms the boundary of the construction site. Planning and execution of the installations will be carried out in accordance with the following essential standards, regulations and requirements:1. Landes Bauordnung (LBau)2. Natural smoke and heat exhaust ventilation systems (NSHEV).UPS supply Voice alarm systems SAA (ELA).443 Low-voltage switchgearThe distribution boards are provided as type-tested low-voltage switchgear combinations according to DIN / VDE 0660, part 500 and contain all fuse, switching and control devices, which are wired ready for connection on terminals.NSHVThe low-voltage main distribution board (NSHV) is planned on the ground floor in a special technical room (according to EltBauR). They are triggered via the smoke detectors integrated in the systems and via manual release buttons. NSHEVs are planned and achieved as an approved overall system by the building construction trade.
