NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Government reserves the right to cancel this notice and any resulting solicitation, after this notice. In the event the Government cancels this project and any resulting solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs incurred.
Description: Project includes all of the labor, materials and equipment to remove an existing vault restroom and install a new precast concrete restroom in the same location. Steps required to accomplish this work are as follows:
1. District personnel will coordinate the pumping of the vault prior to the contractor mobilizing to the site.
2. Demolition and removal of existing facility including below ground vault. All debris shall be legally disposed of off Government property in an approved landfill.
3. Prepare level pad for new building in same location.
4. Deliver and install new restroom facility, including vault in same orientation as original building.
5. Backfill and compact suitable fill around structure. Construct ADA accessible path from existing grade to restroom door landing. The grade shall slope away from the building at a minimum 5% grade for 10 feet on all sides of the building.
6. Install toilet riser, accessories and vault ventilation pipe.

Project is located at the Murdock trailhead near the Mirror Lake Scenic Byway. From Kamas head east on highway 150 for 21.5 miles to the Murdock Basin Road on the right. The trailhead is located 2 miles along this unpaved forest road number 80137. The site is located in Wasatch County and is owned by the Kamas Ranger District of the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache National Forests. The GPS coordinates of the building are Lat = 40.633435°, Long = -110.934025°.
