Description

Delivery of a brand new, legally and physically defect-free set of research and development equipment for the Electromagnetic Compatibility Laboratory (EMC testing laboratory), including equipment, including: Reflection-free chamber, measuring system for testing of radiated and conducted emission, measuring system for testing of radiated immunity, measuring system for testing of conducted immunity and to signals generated by RF fields and control units. Further information about the order is given below in the notice, with details of the ToR. The term "ToR" used in the notice shall be understood as the documents of this contract consisting of the specification referred to in art. 36 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "PPL Act").The procedure is conducted in an open tender. The following are not envisaged in the procedure: conclusion of a framework agreement; establishment of a dynamic purchasing system; electronic auction.
Delivery of a brand new, legally and physically defect-free set of research and development equipment to the electromagnetic compatibility laboratory (EMC testing laboratory), together with equipment, including: an impact-free chamber, a measurement system for testing radiated and conducted emission, a measurement system for testing radiated immunity, a measurement system for testing conducted immunity and to signals generated by RF fields and control units. The whole of the above is hereinafter referred to collectively as 'equipment'. A detailed description with the indication of parameters, other types of minimum technical, functional or other characteristics expected by the Orderer for the indicated equipment is given in the ToR.2. The scope of delivery includes at least:1) Sale and delivery of the offered Equipment to the Technology Hall of ZUT in Szczecin at al. Piastów 19a in Szczecin.2) Preparation of the ground, at the Equipment Delivery Point, for the foundation of the chamber, location of the ground and making necessary modifications to the electrical system, if it is necessary for the proper functioning of the EMC chamber;3) Preparation for operation by the Orderer of the Equipment offered and delivered to him in the performance of this order, consisting at least in: a) carrying out an appropriate installation [including, if necessary: a) carrying out an appropriate installation [including, if necessary: fitting, compiling, connecting, performing the configuration (including IT configuration)] of individual components of the Equipment; b) ensuring that the Equipment is calibrated/calibrated in cases indicated in Annex 2 to the ToR, ending with obtaining a calibration/calibration certificate; c) performing the first trial run of the Equipment;4) Conduct at the Awarding Entity's premises an appropriate 2-day instructional training (covering at least 10 hours), for a maximum of 3 persons, aimed at preparing the Awarding Entity's persons (future users of the Equipment) for its correct operation and use; 5) Grant the Awarding Entity a guarantee for the offered Equipment, however, it is required to grant a guarantee for a period not shorter than 24 months, counting from the date of issuing the Equipment to the Awarding Entity.6b) technical documentation of the Equipment, separately for the chamber, the measuring system for testing radiated and conducted emission, the measuring system for testing radiated resistance, the measuring system for testing conducted resistance and for signals generated by RF fields (as machines), meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Annex I to the Agreement. No. 2 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199 item 1228 as amended). The indicated technical documentation is subject to issue in Polish (or with translation into Polish); c) EC Declaration of Conformity of the Equipment, separately for the chamber, measuring system for testing of radiated and conducted emission, measuring system for testing of radiated immunity, measuring system for testing of conducted immunity and to signals generated by RF fields (as machines), meeting the requirements of the whole point 1 of Annex 1 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21.10.2008 on essential requirements for machines (Journal of Laws 2008 No. 199, item 1228, as amended). No. 3 to the Regulation referred to in point b) above;d) the calibration certificate referred to in paragraph 2 point 3) b) above;e) other documents if they are necessary for the use of the Equipment or are listed in Annex 2 to the ToR or in the Model Agreement as documents to be issued to the Contracting Authority at the acceptance stage of the Equipment.7) providing the Awarding Entity with appropriate licenses entitling the Awarding Entity to legal use of software or other types of computer programs which - as components or affiliates - are included in the scope of the delivery subject to this procedure or will be offered. Required licence: full, indefinite, at least one licence.
