The services covered by this contract correspond to the HOAI service specifications:
- Landscape conservation plan, in accordance with § 26 HOAI, service phase (hereinafter also "LPH") 1-4, basic services and special services
- Project planning of buildings, in accordance with § 34 HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Project planning of outdoor facilities, in accordance with § 39 HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Object planning of civil engineering structures, following § 43 HOAI and AHO booklet no. 4 ("Special services in the planning of objects of water and waste management according to part 3 section 3, § 41 HOAI 2013", 3rd edition 2017), LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Object planning of traffic facilities, based on § 47 HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Specialist planning for structural engineering, based on § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Technical equipment planning, following § 55 HOAI, all plant groups according to § 53 para. 2 HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Environmental impact study and assessment, following appendix 1, clause 1.1 of the HOAI, LPH 1-4, basic services and special services
- Building physics, in accordance with appendix 1, clause 1.2 to HOAI, LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Fire protection, following AHO booklet no. 17 ("Services for fire protection", 3rd edition 2015), LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Site clearance / deconstruction, following AHO booklet no. 18 ("Planning area "Site clearance / deconstruction"", 2nd edition 2014), LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- Construction logistics, following AHO booklet no. 25 ("Services for construction logistics", 1st edition 2011), LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
- BIM overall coordination and BIM specialist coordination, based on AHO booklet no. 11 ("Services Building Information Modeling - The BIM method in the planning process of the HOAI", 1st edition 2019), LPH 1-9, basic services and special services
