CALL FOR TENDERS N° 2020-55
INFRASTRUCTURE EXTENSION, MARIE-CURIE STREET PHASE 1

The City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield is seeking bids for :

Phase 1 of the extension of infrastructure on Marie-Curie Street in the eastern sector of the Perron industrial and port park. This work consists mainly of the construction of drinking water, raw water, sanitary sewer, storm water management, roadway, street lighting and the pushing of pipes under a railway line.

The tender document is available on the OESC electronic tendering site ( http://www.seao.ca ) or by telephone at 1-866-669-7326. This call for tenders is subject to the following agreements; CAWQA, NBQA and the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement.
Tenders must be accompanied by a bid security specified in the specifications, in the form of a certified cheque made payable to the City of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield or a bid bond issued by a surety company recognized by the Inspector General of Financial Institutions.
To be considered, all tenders must be presented on the forms specially prepared for this purpose and must be contained in an envelope marked as follows: Call for tenders # 2020-55 - Infrastructure extension, Marie-Curie Street, phase 1.
Only bids received at the Service des finances et de l'informatique de la Ville de Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, 61, rue Sainte-Cécile, Salaberry-de-Valleyfield (Québec) J6T 1L8, before January 12, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. will be considered. Bids will be opened publicly the same day at 10:05 a.m. in the room reserved for deliberations of the municipal council.
The City is not responsible for any errors or omissions in any written notices or documents transmitted through the electronic system. Consequently, all bidders must ensure, before submitting a bid, that they obtain all documents related to this call for tenders.
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
