Description

The contract includes 4 items:- item 1 - architecture & transition services:the first concerns knowledge transfer, architecture and migration to the infrastructure made available by the adjudicator (currently SMALS),- item 2 - operational services:the second item aims to provide expertise for the PeopleSoft landscape managed services of DG PP of the FPS BOSA. The complete list of managed services elements included in the scope of this item has been described later in this document,- item 3 - project services: with the 3rd item, DG PP of FPS BOSA wishes to be able to use the necessary services on request for the areas of expertise concerned by PeopleSoft, in the form of projects,- item 4 - licences:with the 4th position, DG PP of FPS BOSA wishes to be able to use the service provider as an oracle partner for the maintenance of existing PeopleSoft licenses, and possibly for increasing the number of users.
