Description

The IBIS purchasing policy is composed of the following segments:- Segment n°1: Develop, maintain and operate Ground Segments and/or Space Systems, (lot n°1)- Segment n°2: Services related to the Basiles simulation workshop and the VTS product,- Segment n°3: Engineering and on-board/ground test services: Segment n°3 : Engineering services and on-board/ground tests: SCAO, Flight software, Control Center, Vehicle simulation, (lot n°2) - Segment n°4 : Robotics; development, realization, tests and piloting of vehicles, (lot n°3) - Segment n°5 : Satellite control and mission exploitation activities, (lot n°4) - Segment n°6 : Studies, mock-up, demonstrators.The present consultation concerns only the segments n°1, 3, 4 and 5.
- Development of computer systems for space systems other than space transportation systems (ground segments, business or technical software, development and maintenance of algorithm libraries): technical specifications, design, production, integration, validation and acceptance;- Maintenance of space computer systems and associated safety maintenance activities, where applicable;- Industrial assistance to the project owner: support for development, ground engineering, integration, qualification of ground systems (system tests, functional chain validation, technical and operational qualification tests) and operation of operational space systems, as well as engineering and mission analysis studies related to space mechanics. For space transportation systems, this type of service is limited to the space mechanics field. Services cover engineering, development, simulation, validation and operation activities in the fields of command and control, SCAO, and flight software.Activities have been organized to cover four areas:- Flight software,- Satellite system simulators and validation benches, excluding SCAO study simulators,- Attitude and orbit control systems (SCAO), including study simulators,- Command/control and operations of satellites operated by CNES. services covering in particular mobile robotics activities at CNES with the objectives of studying and preparing the technologies necessary for future planetary exploration missions, systems for perception of the environment using cameras or other sensors, localisation (in images if cameras) and automatic generation of trajectories for rovers (autonomous mobile robots).The activities have been organized to cover the following fields of activity:- Application maintenance of the EDRES algorithmic heritage;- Studies and developments of new software functionalities;- Maintenance in operational condition of the computer platform, the rovers and the electronic, mechanical and optical perception laboratories;- Studies and developments on the mechatronics theme. The activities were organized through the following activities:- Task 1: Management and Coordination,- Task 2: Preparation and execution of operation sequences,- Task 3: Operator tasks,- Task 4: Training and skills maintenance.
