Description

This contract is for IT development services in the sectors of health, personal assistance and family benefits in Brussels.
The project manager is responsible for the development, monitoring and implementation of IT development projects within the planned time, budget and quality. In addition, he/she is responsible for organising his/her team and leading it professionally in order to achieve defined results with competent, committed and motivated employees. For the development of its IT applications, Iriscare uses the Agile software development methodology and, in addition to technical knowledge, the service provider must also take into account the relevant knowledge of the Brussels health, care and family services sectors. The functional analyst is responsible for the analysis of business requirements. He/she identifies problems in the processes and proposes solutions. The functional analyst links the business side with the IT side at the conceptual level. The functional analyst is familiar with the Agile software development methodology and, in addition to the technical knowledge, the service provider must also take into account the relevant knowledge of the Brussels health, care and family services sectors. On the basis of the technical design, the developer is responsible for programming new applications, making adjustments to existing programs and testing and documenting the programs, so that correct, up-to-date and optimal applications can be made available at all times.
