Description
The Information and Communications Technology Authority (JAMICTA) is looking for a qualified consulting firm to support the design and implementation of a cyber incident response team (CIRT) and a centralised security operations centre (SOC).
This request for information (RFI) is to assess how local and international firms can provide these services.
You should provide insights, solutions and recommendations for the following:
Cyber incident response team (CIRT):
* systems for incident intake, triage, classification and prioritisation
* threat intelligence collection, analysis and sharing
* tools for containment, mitigation and recovery
* advisory and alerting systems
* coordination with the national CIRT (JaCIRT) and international bodies
* training, exercises and simulations
* alignment with ISO 27035-1:2023, NIST and SCF
Security operations centre (SOC):
* architecture and deployment models – centralised, hybrid or distributed
* SIEM and log aggregation tools
* 24/7 monitoring and automated alerting
* threat detection and response playbooks
* incident escalation and integration with CIRT
* forensics and malware analysis tools
* dashboards and performance reporting
