Canada - Infoblox platform upgrade, software subscription and hardware/software maintenance

Objectives and implementation guidelines
The University wishes to:

Upgrade Infoblox hardware that will no longer be supported;
To have maintenance for this hardware for a period of 3 years;
Renew the subscription to SaaS security software;
Have a 3-year maintenance on this software;
Have technical support services.

The start-up must be completed as soon as possible in order to eliminate the unavailability of service caused by the lack of support from the current manufacturer.
The Université de Montréal does not undertake to accept any of the bids received, particularly when it deems that the prices are too high or disproportionate or do not reflect a fair price.
The offer must be submitted before 3:00 p.m. on February 5, 2021, in room 2041 of 7077 Park Avenue, Montreal, Quebec, H3N 1X7.
